i’m looking at treadmills but i don’t want to spend a ton and don’t have a big space to put it. fold up is not an issue either. i’ve noticed that manual treadmills are considerably less than motorized models but i’ve never used a manual one. are they easy to use? do you have to work harder to make them go? i’m looking for some personal experiences.
thanks
The dealer said it cost 00 when new.
I’m used to running 3 miles a day but over the past month or so it’s been getting incredibly hard to do so, and I’ve only managed to make 2 miles. Right about when I hit 2 miles, my legs suddenly feel weak, like jello. I haven’t changed the speed or time in which I run (I use a treadmill) so I don’t get it.
I am looking to buy a treadmill and did want an electric one but money is a bit tight at the moment , I was thinking of getting a manual or magnetic one instead but am unsure because i have only used electric treadmills , does anyone know if they are that different or would a manual treadmill be ok for home use ?
I’m waiting for a call back from the Vacaville Boys and Girls club, but am still looking for other options
How can I either reprogram the machine or simply be able to begin at start and move up in speed/incline accordingly?
I live in Saline county in Missouri. Need to be in this vicinity. Thank you!
The people I am going to be buying the treadmill from is asking , I think it is a good deal. It is few years old. But beside looking at the outside what else should I look for? I never had a treadmill before.
A treadmill is maybe a very good practise for those that still have to learn how to walk in high heels, experience someone?
