I’ve read that walking on a treadmill is better than walking on the ground outside because the treadmill provides dynamic cushioning (or something like that).
I’m wondering if anyone with knee pains has used a treadmill and how it worked out for you?
I’m not sure on a specific diagnosis at this time, possibly a dislocated kneecap, arthritis, or something else, so I’m just looking for general information on how treadmills and knee problems go together.
Thanks.
The question itself could’nt be more precise really… =)
Quite simply — there is a particular tv advert for some type of gum or maybe medicine (i havn’t seen it in a while) which is basically just comprised of a bunch of people moving around, all upon treadmills, in unison with each-other to this fantastic song.
Does anyone know its name and name of artist? Thanks!
used treadmills for 150.00
Does anyone know of a store in the Germantown MD vicinity that might purchase a used treadmill? I am trying to avoid having to place an ad and having people trapse thru my home.
